Information handled here
If you submit an enquiry, the gateway asks for your name, email address, chosen topic and message. It uses this information to respond and to protect the contact route from abuse.

Security and optional measurement
Necessary technical and security information may be processed to operate and protect the gateway. Optional Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics remain off unless you choose Analytics in Cookie settings. Analytics does not receive enquiry text, names, email addresses or account identifiers.

No marketing subscription
The gateway does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. It does not use Google Ads, session replay, fingerprinting, precise-location analytics or cross-site profiling.

Retention and independent destinations
Ordinary enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after closure. Minimal abuse results are retained for up to 30 days and application or error logs for 30 days by default. Each destination has its own services, notices and retention practices.

Your choices and rights
You can change or withdraw Analytics permission at any time in Cookie settings. Where applicable, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact privacy@vauwr.com, and you may complain to the ICO.
